You can search through any one of the following options:-
Quick Search: It is an instant time saving search on the basis of the kind of property you are looking for its location .
- On homepage click on Properties which is at the top of your screen.
- Now click on Quick Search which is at the left of your screen under Property Search .
- Select * marked fields and click on Search.
- All the properties matching your criterion will appear.
Locality Search: It is a locality-specific search and allows you to find properties in a locality of your choice.
- On homepage click on Properties which is at the top of your screen.
- Now click on Search by Locality which is at the left of your screen under Property Search .
- Select * marked fields and click on Search .
- All the properties matching your criterion will appear.
Advanced Search: It is a more detailed method of finding your perfect property and helps you get exactly the kind of properties you are looking for.
- On homepage click on Properties which is at the top of your screen.
- Now click on Advanced Search which is at the left of your screen under Property Search.
- Select * marked fields and click on Search .
- All the properties matching your criterion will appear.
Keyword Search: It allows you to find properties that contain specific words in their listings. Besides properties, through Keyword Search you can also find requirements that contain specific words in their listings or Agents/Builders that contain specific words in their profile.
- On homepage click on Properties which is at the top of your screen.
- Now click on Keyword Search which is on the left panel under Property Search .
- Select * marked fields, enter keywords and click on Search .
- All the properties matching your criterion will appear.

Yes, Net4Estate.com not only allows you to search for properties but also for specific agents and builders in a location.
- To search for specific agents in a location of your choice, please use “ Agents / Brokers ”. which is at the top of your screen.
- To locate specific builders in a particular location, please use “ Developers ”. which is at the top of your screen.

Yes definitely, after you have posted your property, it will be screened and will start appearing in the search results after 24 hours. |

Probably there are no properties currently available that match your search criterion. It could also be due to a very narrow search criteria. Please try and broaden your criteria and run another search. |
