What is the procedure for posting my property Requirement? |

To begin with you must be a registered member of Net4Estate.com, once you are a registered member you can post your property requirement. To post your property requirement on our site, please follow these simple steps:-
- Login to your Net4Estate account.
- Click on Add Requirements found at the top of the Home Page.
- Enter all the details of your property in the Requirement Details form.
- Click on submit .
After you add your details, it will be screened for validation. After your property listing is validated, it will be visible to all Net4Estate users.

How long is my Property Requirement valid? |

Your property will be valid and visible for a period of 60 days, before the expiry of your property you will be sent a reminder mail so that you can refresh the listing. |

Do I need to pay to post Requirement listings on your site? |

No, posting your Property Requirement on Net4Estate is absolutely FREE. |

After I have posted my Property Requirement, how will I know if someone is interested in my property ? |

Following are the three easy mediums to check the number of responses against each of your property listings:-
- E-MAIL: Each time a prospective property seller is interested in your property requirement, you will be notified through an e-mail. This will happen only if you have mentioned your e-mail ID at the time of registration.
- SITE INBOX: In addition, all the contacts received will be recorded and stored in your site inbox. To go to your site inbox, login to your Net4Estate account with your username and password. Click on My Estate Box present on the left end top panel. You will now have access to all the contacts received.
- SMS: You will also be sent a SMS each time a prospective buyer is interested in your property; this will happen only if you have mentioned your Mobile Number at the time of registration.
