What is the procedure for posting my property for sale, rent or pg on your site

To begin with you must be a registered member of Net4Estate.com, once you are a registered member you can list your property for sale or rent. To post your property on our site, please follow these simple steps:-
- Sign In to your Net4Estate.com account.
- Click on view detail under My Property Listings then click on Add New Property .
- Enter all the details of your property in the form.
- Add property photos if you wish.
- Click on submit.
After you add your details, it will be screened for validation. After your property listing is validated, it will be visible to all Net4Estate users.

How long is my property valid

Your property will be valid and visible for a period of 60 days, before the expiry of your property you will be sent a reminder mail so that you can refresh the listing. |

To make your property a Premium Listing you need to subscribe to a package on Net4Estate.com. Please follow these steps.
- Login into your Net4Estate account.
- Click on Advertise link which is at the top of the screen.
- Click on Buy Now under Premium Listing .
- Choose an appropriate package and payment option and click on Buy Now.
- Your listing would appear as premium once the order gets processed.

After I have posted my property, how will I know if someone is interested in my property ? |

Following are the three easy mediums to check the number of responses against each of your property listings:-
- E-MAIL - Each time a prospective property buyer is interested in your property you will be notified through an e-mail. This will happen only if you have mentioned your e-mail ID at the time of registration.
- SITE INBOX - In addition, all the contacts received will be recorded and stored in your site inbox. To go to your site inbox, login to your Net4Estate account with your username and password. Click on My Net4Estate Box present on the left end top panel. You will now have access to all the contacts received.
- SMS: You will also be sent a SMS each time a prospective buyer is interested in your property; this will happen only if you have mentioned your Mobile Number at the time of registration.

How do I add a Photograph to my property? |

You can add your property photograph by following these simple steps:
- Visit Net4Estate.com site.
- Login into your Net4Estate account.
- Click on Property Photos under My Estate Photos .
- Click on the Add Photos link.
- After you have uploaded an image click Upload Photo.
You will now be able to upload an image for your property successfully |

I am an agent how can I add my company's logo on your site? |

You can add your company's logo by following these simple steps:
- Visit Net4Estate.com site.
- Login into your Net4Estate account.
- Click on My Profile under My Estate Box .
- Click on Company Profile which is on the right side of the my profile.
- Click on Upload link under Company Logo.
- After you have uploaded a logo click Save Image.
You will now be able to upload a logo successfully. |
