Is it possible to edit my profile details, if so how can I edit my profile

Please follow the below path to edit your profile details:-
- Login to your Net4Estate account with your username and password.
- Click on My Profile under My Estate Box section.
- Edit your personal profile according to the instructions provided and click the Save button at the end of the form.
- You profile will be successfully updated.

What is the procedure for editing my property listing? |

Editing your property listing on Net4Estate.com is simple and quick. Please follow these steps to successfully edit your property listing:-
- Login to your Net4Estate account with your username and password.
- On My Net4Estate page click on My Property Listing link under My Estate Box .
- Click on the Edit link against the property you wish to edit.
- Click on Property Id link against the information you wish to change.
- Edit your details and click on the Update Link at the end of the form.
- Your property listing will be successfully updated.

Is there a possibility to edit my requirement listing? If yes, what is the procedure

Yes, it is possible to change the details in your requirement listing. Please follow this simple path:-
- Login to your Net4Estate account with your username and password.
- On My Net4Estate page click on My Property Listing link under My Estate Box .
- Click on the Edit link against the property you wish to edit.
- Click on Property Id link against the information you wish to change.
- Edit your details and click on the Update Link at the end of the form.
- Your property listing will be successfully updated.

Is there any special benefit of editing and updating my listings
? |

Yes, each time you edit your listing, your updated and fresh listing will appear on top of the search results. Which means that each time a user runs a search, your property will be visible right on the top, much before the other listings. |

Why my property listing is still showing the status as “under screening”? |

After you add a property, it gets screened for validation to ensure that only valid profiles appear on Net4Estate.com, until then your property listing shows "under screening" status. After your property listing is validated, the status will change from "Under screening" to "Approved". |

Why the properties that are sold, still coming in search result? |

We ask our members to timely refresh there property listings regularly. Despite our best efforts there have been some cases where some sold properties appear in search results. We highly regret this inconvenience. If in future you come across such a listing you can report this issue to us. We will take an appropriate action. |

Why are we not receiving any responses for our properties listed in Net4Estate.com? |

Your properties may not get enough response if there is less information about your property. If you have not put photographs of your property or not described it properly, the chances of your property receiving response is much low. To make your property stand out and to make sure it gets featured in search results do update your listings regularly and add all the important information regarding your property .
